Question: How to lose weight. I weigh to much for a 15 year old girl? .?
I'm a 15 year old girl,
I weigh 216 pounds and I don't know how to lose weight, I want to be able to lose at least 30 pounds in five months, can you please help? I've already started by drinking green tea and water only, what else can I do?

eat a lot of small meals throughout the day rather than 3 big meals

celery's good because it doesn't have a lot of calories

also, drinking a lot of water before meals can cut down appetite. At the gym, high intensity workouts scorch calories fast (such as running, stairs, biking, etc.) and swimming is also good because it takes the impact off of your joints but is also good cardio. I know some people who swear by running laps in pools about waist or chest deep. Make sure after work outs you eat well (a lot of protein and water especially) because that it when your body absorbs a lot of nutrients since it's recovering. Make sure that everything's okay with your doctor too before you try anything [:

i hope you mean you do not only drink green tea and water for the day alone
but yes drinking green tea and water will help
you should start eating healthy foods like fruits and veggies and fish!!! very important and also maybe light yogurt for a snack also try eating oatmeal (not exactly the most delicious food out there but healthy)

also you should start jogging then running. pace yourself so if you get out of breath just walk. \
they key is to burn calories so a treadmill if you have acess to one is perfect

do jump rops for 30 min per day (it makes you grow taller and lose weight!)
and swim everyday if you can and i do mean actually swimming! not just playing in the water. i say about and hour..?
