Question: How to lose weight for a teenage boy? .?
I would like tips on how to lose weight. Please also make sure you have a lot of details, too. Also, does anyone know any simple-yet-fast ways to lose weight? (Ex: water, sleep, etc. I'd like to know more on that too.)

Just eat a small snack then drink a bottle of water.
Do 50 push-ups a day (5 sets of ten or 2 sets of 25)
Just pad out your diet with lots of low cal things
Running is very good at removing fat; and the more you run the more you build endurance; the more endurance the more you can run so it is only good.

Eat healthy:
Count the calories you consume everyday. Also, try not to eat something unless it has SOME nutritional value, so you are not just consuming empty calories. Get plenty of fruits and veggies, as they are low in calories and fat, and high in essential nutrients.
Im not saying getting as few calories per day as possible is a good thing, because it is NOT!!! A boy your age should get around 1600-1700 calories per day, since you are trying to lose weight. You have to eat, don't starve yourself.

Excercise: Get 5-6 days of aerobic excercise per week, and at least 3 times per week of weight training. Running/jogging is a personal favorite of mine for aerobic excercise, because it works almost every muscle in your body! It helps in every way, shape, and form, and the best thing: you will only get better at it!

Drink plenty, plenty of water! It helps speed up your metabolism. Your metabolism is the system in your body in which burns calories
