I have a few ideas. First, you could make youtube videos, and ask other fitness people on youtube to promote your video, and if they do, they will most likely watch your video(s). Many people would see your video this way, whether or not you got promoted. also, there are websites like http://www.yola.com/ and http://www.webs.com/ where you can make websites, free of charge, with the option to pay for more features. you could direct your youtube viewers to this website, and have guides on the website along with much other information. If you try hard enough, you can find someone on youtube willing to promote your videos, and in a few hours have a professional looking, helpful website. I hoped I helped with some ideas.

You can create a website, i know freewebs.
You can just keep answering questions on yahoo, and whatever question sites you can find.
Or you could even just blog. I use tumblr.com myself, but you'll be surprised just how many people will wanna listen.
Really though, if you google it, its out there. Its really hard to put something out there and it not be out there already.
