Okay so im 143 5'6, im skinnny everywhere else but the top of my thighs ? Crazy I know ,How do I reduce them but not gaining muscle ? I wanna get down to 135 but carry the most weight onTHE TOP OF MY THIGHS UGH , what exercise should I do and not do to reduce it !?
