Question: How to lose weight for a 12 year old? .?
I weigh 130 pounds and dont have a lot of muscle so its pretty much fat. im indian so i eat alot of veggies and some fruit. on occassions i eat meat, but mostly not. i wanna know how to lose weight by exercise becuz i have a good diet already. can u guys try to help me lose weight by anymeans possible.

You're 12. You will grow into your weight. It's stupid to lose weight now because you will just put more on during puberty.

Just get out more, walk around town with your friends, play games, stuff like that. I'm a guy and I eat absolute crap, but I still stay in shape because my normal behavior is so physically active it balances out.

It's not going to be a really fast process. Pills and stuff like that make it quick aren't healthy.



No 12 year old should be trying to lose weight, your body has that fat for a reason, and it will get leaner as you age.

You need to talk to a therapist about your body issues and whoever is making you feel bad about yourself.



cardio and lifting weights use more calories than you take in
