Is this kind of food bad for a diet?!

Question: Is this kind of food bad for a diet?
I feel like having a snack and am craving an english muffin with a little bit of butter on it. Or, should I eat some white rice and soy sauce? I dont know why, but i'm craving these two and am on a diet and don't know which one is better..

Answers:

Well, english muffins are high in carbohydrates, but there not too bad for your diet. Just make sure that you get muffins that are whole 100% whole grain or 100 calories. Muffins with whole grain are best because they have more fiber that will fill you up longer. The bad part is the butter, because it's very fattening an can ruin a diet. Try using a low fat or fat free cream cheese or jelly instead of butter. This will cut more than half the fat. Rice is also a food that is very high in carbohydrates. The heavy starches in rice are hard to digest and aren't good for diets either. And another bad thing is the soy sauce because it's high in sodium. There aren't a whole lot of alternatives to rice and soy sauce, but if you eat a small portion of it, it should effect your diet too much. Just make sure you drink enough water to filter the sodium and make sure that you stay active to burn up the carbs. Besides that, your foods shouldn't get in the way of your diet. The better one out of the two is the English muffin because there are plenty of healthy alternatives. Good luck with your diet! Hope this helps

hey, I did have this same problem since I cant remember. I used to take all kinds of products. Until I found this website by accident, I was skeptical at first. I was feeling a bit lighter for the first week, but I was amazing. After losing that first bit of weight, which was a real confident booster, I started working on my diet habit to maintain my results. I can't remember that last time I was this light. Neither one is great, they are both pretty much pure carbs. Rather than something high in carbs and low in fat, try something moderate in fat and low in carbs. You're better off eating half an english muffin with a good amount of butter.
