Since your a girl, it's going to be a little hard to get the fat off your thighs because usually for girls, most of the fat goes to their thighs. Anyways, basically you have to start eating healthy and looking after yourself. Start eating <SPAN id=lw_1300989284_1 healthy fruits and veggies and buy them from whole foods. The food there could be a little pricey but hey it's worth it. Also, cheerleading and volleyball could help get rid of the thigh fat.. but it could also build muscle there...and you'll start noticing a change in your weight.. cause all your fat has turned into muscle. So don't worry and excercise and eat healthy and everything wil be alright! :)

have a great day.. and always happy to help you

OR you can Try this one. it is very good Trust me. I tested it myself.

This is called "spot reducing" and it does not work. Exercising a certain body part will absolutely not make you lose fat on that particular body part. For example, doing a million situps will not make you lose stomach fat. You need to be on a good diet and get a good amount of aerobic exercise. You will lose fat from wherever it is stored.

You cannot "spot reduce." Sorry! We all have problem areas. The thing to do is to lose fat all over, which then will affect your thighs. Any equipment you use at the gym will perhaps tone them a bit, but you cannot lose weight off of a certain area of your body.

I think that machine would probably help. Do lots of cardio excersize like running, going on ellipticals, etc.
