Question: How to lose weight really fast ? .?
Ok, i seriously need someone to tell me how to lose weight fast. I am 14 years old and i weigh 61 kgs and im about 162 cm tall. I don't seem really fat but i just want to lose weight and be really skinny. And don't say losing weight fast is bad and all because i don't care. I just want to look skinny .......=] thx in advance. It dosent have to be losing it in one week, something like a month or so.

I know you are not going to want to hear this, but you do not need to lose weight; you are well within the healthy weight range, with a <SPAN id=lw_1300989178_0 body mass index of 23. (Ideally, it should be between 20 and 25).

Being 'really skinny' is not healthy. It is actually much healthier to be a little bit overweight than a little bit underweight. Unless you are obese, being overweight is not a problem. (And you are not overweight).

At fourteen, you are still growing - You will continue to grow until you are in your early twenties. The taller you are, the more you need to weigh. If you mantain a <SPAN id=lw_1300989178_1 healthy eating plan and regular exercise, you will grow into your weight and be a healthy adult.

If you were told by a doctor that you need to lose weight, try swapping all drink for water, drink green tea after every meal, never skip breakfast, go to sleep at 12:00 PM and wake up at 9:00 AM, and don't eat after 7:00 PM.

Losing weight to fast can cause health problems and cannot be done in a healthy manner. So,hopefully everyone on here will be responsible and not tell you to do something stupid.
The best thing you can do is to eat healthy and exercise. Go on a healthy diet,preferably prescribed by a doctor and done under his supervision. Something like Weight Watchers. Just eat fruits and vegetables and lean meats. Drink lots of water or diet drinks and exercise (within reason,don't over due it). Then,stay away from sugary snacks like chips and candy or eat in moderation. Another trick is to not eat after 7pm or 7:30 pm.

Please don't do anything stupid and hurt yourself. It's not worth it. You will lose weight but,you have to be patient. It's not worth risking your health. Besides if you do it wrong and become skinny you may look skinny but,not skinny in a good way,you will LOOK SICKLY, LIKE you are DYING or should be IN the HOSPITAL. YOU WILL REGRET IT sooner or later from all the health problems you will have down the road or when looks don't matter much. Or when you are too thin and feel awful.

ME. I've seen all kinds of diets gone wrong and right. And I am on a healthy diet myself



for me.. what i did was go jumping rope everyday for 30 minutes or until an hour.... i loose 5 pounds a day.. you should try it :)
