sorry but u cant loose 10 pounds in a week. its almost impossible, and extremely unhealthy! but you can loose it in 2 weeks by exercising for about 2-3 hrs a day, do cardio and work your muscles, watch what u eat, no processed food. NONE. dont sit down for more than an 1hr because that just makes u store fat. stay extremely active for those two weeks. GOOD LUCK!
