How to lose weight when it's genetic? .?!

Question: How to lose weight when it's genetic? .?
Hello, my friend is overweight, It's genetic. Almost everyone in her family is overweight, and she always asks me how to lose weight. I told I don't really know since it's never been an issue for me.

So can someone please answer her question? Thank you! ^o^

Answers:

Other than extremely rare conditions, there is no such thing as genetically overweight - it's a social inheritance.

People 'inherit' favourite foods and dietary styles from the meals their parents give them as children.
If the parents have bad diets and over-large meals, the children believe this is normal and carry on the habits themselves.

Tell her to cut out <SPAN id=lw_1300989588_0 white bread, potatoes & all cakes, sweets and pastries.
All these are <SPAN id=lw_1300989588_1 empty calories; energy without nutrition.

Wholemeal bread is very good (but limited to six standard slices a day), and make the rest up with (unlimited) green veg, salad & tomatoes etc, a small amount of lean meat and fruit - but no more than one piece of fruit per day.

No added sugar or salt on anything and no non-diet pop.

The cakes & potatoes etc. should be considered treats and limited to about three items per week - either a small portion of potatoes OR a small slice of cake/bun / 2oz chocolate, every other day.

OR you can Test this one. it is very effective believe me. I tested it myself.

Just because everyone in her family is overweight, it doesn't mean it's genetic. It could just be the way they eat.

There are some problems that ARE genetic and can cause one to be obese, but VERY few of these disorders are beyond the control of the individual.

To lose weight: diet and exercise. Consult a doctor.
