Question: How to lose weight when only a preteen? .?
Ok..I asked many questions before but before I start they didn't really help so I decided to do it again. So what is a good food to eat and how to lose weight cause I feel like I tried EVERYTHING..Just help me please:) I weight 152 pounds..woah! Is right is it possible I can get to 120 by July or August if Yes what can I do to get to it..thanks..Luvs's<3

i totally feel the same way! im 5'2 in 5th grade and way the average of around 140 lb (i think i dunno i havent weighed in a while) and im really just annoyed seeing <SPAN id=lw_1300989697_0 Victoria Justice and <SPAN id=lw_1300989697_1 Miranda Cosgrove and how slender they are! i think you should look at the food pyramind.

you see, low calories, 30 mins of exersise a day, healthy foods should help you.
sign up for activities. (my mom is SUPOSSED to sign me up for tennis, <SPAN id=lw_1300989697_3 Gymnastics, and Karate)
if you cant do any activities you can always use the <SPAN id=lw_1300989697_4 wii, hula hoop, jump rope or play with a ball. or play sports at home.
