Question: How to lose weight at home? .?
im 170cm and weigh 60 kg i want to lose weight but im 15 so cant go to the gym. So any suggestions on how to lose weight at home.

you weight is excellent you just need to firm it with some exercises and jumping the rope will do the trick very fast with some sit ups and crunches you will get the firm body you really want best of luck

Dear Allen. you are a male teenage. do not be worry about your weight. at this age, normally your metabolism is high. however, in order to lose weight, you can ask your mother to cook something healthy. avoid being a passive at home. and try to help mom with chores. try spend your free time playing basketball with your siblings at home.

If you'll start with a walking routine and work up to running you can manage your weight and your muscle mass. Actually, at your age it's not unusual to carry some extra weight. Just ask your mom about some healthy snacks. Less cookies and breads and more veggies and fruits. Small changes like that will do a good job for you and you'll feel more healthy right away.
