Dear Allen. you are a male teenage. do not be worry about your weight. at this age, normally your metabolism is high. however, in order to lose weight, you can ask your mother to cook something healthy. avoid being a passive at home. and try to help mom with chores. try spend your free time playing basketball with your siblings at home.
