Answers:

If you want to lose weight, you need to two things: eat less and exercise more. <SPAN id=lw_1300989719_0 Weight gain happens when you create a calorie surplus (eat more than you burn). Your body takes the excess calories and converts them to fat which get stored around your stomach, arms and thighs. The longer you remain in a calorie surplus, the more weight you'll gain. To lose that weight, you need to do the opposite. You need to create a calorie deficit (start eating less than you burn).

Your first step is to figure out how many calories you burn on a daily basis. Use a <SPAN id=lw_1300989719_1 calorie calculator - acalorieneedscalculator/ acalorieneedscalculator</A> The number you get from this tool is what your body burns on a daily basis. To lose weight, simply eat less. It sounds a lot easier than it is but making small changes helps you adjust to a new lifestyle. Don't think of this as a diet, think of it as a new life. Instead of eating foods high in sugars, white flour and <SPAN id=lw_1300989719_2 saturated fat, go with fruits, vegetables, whole wheats, fish, lean meats, nuts and beans. In addition to eating less, you also need to exercise more. Start off at 1-2 times per week and work your way up to 3-5 times per week.

Don't make all of these changes at once or you won't be able to properly adjust to them. Generally, eating healthier foods will decrease your <SPAN id=lw_1300989719_3 calorie intake. Compare a doughnut to an apple and you'll see that healthy foods are lower in calories. alternatively you can Try this one. it is very effective believe me. I tested it myself.

STRETCHES
This is a good workout all you need is dumbells
Yes weigh yourself but make sure to mesure your waist
eat healthy and it should work

The only way is -- Less food in -- more exercise
You know what kind of foods you shouldn't eat - No fried foods, no sweets -
What you should eat is - fresh veggies & fruit (all you want)
Lean broiled, boiled, or grilled chicken or fish (red meat- like beef only once per week)
PORTION control - meat should be about the size of a deck of cards (not a Whopper)
Drink lots of water -- (you can put lemon, lime or orange slices in it) -
You HAVE to use more calories that you eat -- that is the only way to lose & keep weight off -
You are heavy for 14 - and you are going to miss out on a lot of fun as a teen if you dont' slim down - and the older you get - it harder it is --
You can do this - Get off the couch -- and have fun doing it --
Best of luck ---

dont eat much. im 12 and im only 78 pounds.

the safest way is to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week, you may at first not lsoe any weight becasue you could gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat.
you should push your self until you feel the burn and you should be sore the next day and feel good about it !
there will be times when you dont lose wight while working out becuase your body gets used to it.
DO NOT HAVE ANY SODA !!!! NO ! it has so much sugar. more then 2/3 of the bottle i sugar !! DRINK WATER EVERYDAY tat should be the only thing you are drinking ! there are times wehre i can drink a gallon a day.
at night if you are hungry...snack on lettuce. even if you eat healthy, dont eat big portions. and the most important thing is DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF !!
-3,500 calories is a pound. every 3,500 calories unused makes you gain a pound. It takes time to see results. I am rooting for you ! i know you cna do it ! and it is great that you are taking care of your health !!! PLEASE continue exercising even after you get the results you want becuase it will keep you healthy and fit for life. and do not drink soda after you get the results you want. DO NOT EAT ICECREAM no matter how bad you want it. keep in mind it is worth it. just becasue you exercise, does not mean you can reward yourself with unhealthy food ! just becasue your friends eat it in fornt of you does not mean you can eait it. DO NOT EAT pizza, candy, chips.
also, if you have the opportunity to walk a few extra stairs instead of the elevator do it !

PUSH yourself !!!! on the treadmill, if you cant run, then walk at an incline and feel the burn. keep walking at the incline even if you feel it until you REALLY CANT DO IT.
once it gets warmer outdie. try running or going for a brisk walk 15-30 minutes a day. its much more benefical outdie then on treadmill becasue it is harder to do !
ALWAYS STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER EXERCISE !!

ALSO !!!! for the stomach...you will feel the burn if you just stand for one minute in pushup position....and if you cant do it for one minute at first...do it for 30 seconds DONT GIVE UUP !!!!! increase it every day by a few seconds. Try to beat your time record ! YOU WILL SEE RESULTS DONT WORRRY they dont come at the speed of light !! oh also...you should increase your pace sometimes on the treadmill or even outside going the same distance.
