Why do people ask questions on how to lose weight? Its simple cut down on treats !

Question: Why do people ask questions on how to lose weight? Its simple cut down on treats and exercise.? .?
It's ridiculous. Everyone knows how to lose weight, so why ask. Its a waste of 5 points. People are hoping for some miracle weight loss secret.

Its simple just exercise.

Answers:

Sorry but I think you just lost five points....and I gained two, awesome.

Sometimes.....cutting back and working hard isn't enough, and people need the extra encouragment. I mean, when you think about it all of the questions asked on y.answers could be found if people really looked, but it's nice hearing what other people have to say.

or else you can Use this one. it is very good believe me. I tested it myself.

Ofcourse its not as cut and dry as that otherwise would obesity be a problem?

Its harder to tackle the emotional aspects that lead to people overeating in the first place.
Sure it sounds easy to tell someone to put down the fork and go for a walk but as soon as something happens in their lives that they cant cope with, its right back to eating their favorite foods for self-comfort.

You can tell them "take out the stress in new ways, try painting or listening to music, blah blah" but at the end of the day its easier for them to go back to their hard-wired safety blanket "comfort eating" and thats what they will choose to do.

Its like saying to a smoker "quitting is easy just put down the cigarette"
No, they have an addiction and it takes a lot of will power, not everyone has the same degree of willpower.

Everyone is different dude, why are you asking this question? Waste of 5 points. It's not simply exercise. Diet is a huge factor with exercise. They go hand in hand. Everyone has a different rate of metabolism, and genetics that affect their body.

Maybe just looking for an easy way out but if it were easy, we wouldn't have so many overweight people.

LOL? for hope or something... lolol
