How to lose weight?!? .?!


Question: How to lose weight?!? .?
right now im 126 pounds and 5 foot 2 in.i would like to lose at least 15-20 pounds. does anyone an exercise routine or anythin about how to lose weight fast?!

I think if you run at least a mile a day at a good pace then you can lose weight. I'm 5 foot 3 and I weigh 113 pounds and I run at least a mile at least three times a week.

also DIET. substitute water for soda. or water for a twinkie. water fills you up and it has 0 calories. you might gain <SPAN id=lw_1300990087_0 water weight though but it will just show on the scale.

Starve yourself, take diet pills, smoke cigarettes, drink lots of water and work out. It works very well. If you can't buy diet pills just empty some in your back pack or purse.

no such thing as losing weight fast, not the healthy way at least.run and play a sport that you enjoy. Burn more than what you take in. Have fun reaching your goal
