Question: How many times a week can you eat at Mcdonalds and still lose weight?
I love French fries and little hamburgers. But I need to lose five pounds. What should I do?

Answers:

best thing to do is give up the McD's for a bit, if you really need to eat your burgers and fries (which really aren't healthy for you and will make loosing weight pretty hard) what you could do is make your hamburgers at home and even do home made french fries, if you make them both yourself than it wont have all the added surgars and salts that makes mcdonalds so bad for you. i suggest maybe once or twice a week if you really want to eat them, but not eating them at all is the best option in terms of weight loss.

try different healthy foods and meals, like fish and salads, losing weight isn't hard, it's sticking to the right foods thats hard, but if you continue to eat healthy and avoid junk food you'll start loosing weight in no time.

also drink a ton of water, most people are bloated and retaining water because you are dehydrated, drink alot of water for about 3--5 days and youll see a huge difference, keep drinking water even after those 5 days and youl continue to see an improvement in your weight, skin, and youll physically feel alot better.

Eat a small serve of fries and a little hamburger every day if you like: just make sure everything else you eat is low in fat and salt (unlike your MacDonalds), and high in fibre and vitamins (again, unlike your MacDonalds), and that you get some exercise.

It's the total food in your diet that matters: if you eat more calories at one time, you have to eat less at another time, or exercise more to use the extra energy up. But it probably would be better to save your burgers for 'special' days.

Eat a hamburger from there once a week and a small fry but a regular hambuger and not one of those tripple decker burgers.... losing weight takes some self discipline and that includes cutting out our faves like this :(

Depends on how much exercise you do, if you dont do any at all i would say never, but if you walk at least 1 or 2 hours every day, maybe 2 times a week.



If you want to lose weight don't eat mdonalds PERIOD think about which one is more important, ... saying it once wasn't enough, PERIOD
