Why is my belly so big by the end of the day?!?!


Question: Why is my belly so big by the end of the day?!?
I have been working out and eating good I am having the worst time losing belly fat. By the end of the day my belly looks so much worse than the morning(i like the morning!)Anyway, I know that it is from eating and drinking but this seems excessive. Could it be what I am eating or something else I am doing wrong? Is there anything I can take for the bloating? I don't drink soda or eat too much sodium.I drink some coffee.Thanks btw....I drink about 6-8 oz glasses of water a day

I have the exact same problem. When you wake up you feel great because your stomach is flat but by the end of the day you're bloated and full and you feel like you gained 10 pounds in your belly area. Chew your foods slowly and don't swallow air. Chewing gum always makes this happen for me and it makes me feel so uncomfortable. Having smaller meals more frequently definetly makes a BIG difference. 4-5 meals per day is good. Too much food at once makes it take longer to digest.



It's just water weight! It comes from water and (what salt you DO eat).. and then the next day it's gone. I do the same exact thing. It's normal!! :)
