Muscle building help?!


Question: Muscle building help?
I am 14 and take force factor and have a weigh protein shake about 2 times a day. I also eat lots of 90/10 hamburger..I try to eat low fat and no candy or extra sweets.... I am in baseball and track right now. ..I lift 3 sets 25lb dumbbells and bench bout 110 or so. I weigh 135ish and want to put on more muscle..how long will it take to build muscle?? Or will it at all?

Answers:

muscle building comes from bulking up on more food products. in short, you need to EAT A LOT to put on weight while lifting. Actually, it's more important that you put on some lbs first before you hit the gym as 135 lbs is very low to be expecting any results. Give it a week of eating a meal at least every 3 hours and then start working out while MAINTAINING your diet of eating as much as possible during the day (good foods and protein, not cookies etc).
