Question: What can I drink other than milk to get the calcium for strong healthy boners?
don't want to get arthritis when i get older.

Answers:

Soy milk and edamame ( soy beans ) have the same amount of calcium in milk and taste great!
You can also have other dairy products like cheese, yogurt and ice-cream.
Some other non dairy products:
Salmon
Tofu
Rhubarb
Sardines
Collard greens
Spinach
Turnip greens
Okra
White beans
Baked beans
Broccoli
Peas
Brussel sprouts
Sesame seeds
Bok choy
Almonds
You can also try calcium drugs but getting calcium from fresh food is healthier.

PS, boners or bones? LOL calcium doesn't effect your *****



Hi Dennis, I assume you meant to say "bones" instead of "boners" as you were talking about arthritis. Some of the best foods are, as always, the not so great tasting things. Sesame seeds are the best, followed by spinach, collard greens, molasses, kelp, and so on.

Well, most dairy products are perhaps the best Calcium foods, but if you would rather try something non dairy than I suppose stuff like almonds, salmon, and spinach are also some good sources. You can also buy many calcium fortified products including ensure, soy milk, and many other labeled products.
