Question: Can three month drastically change my appearance on strict diet and excersize?
Hi so im pretty out of shape 5ft2 180 pounds which is horrible for such a little person like me. I dont look that much but im clearly out of shape. Im planning on going on a very strict diet and doing cardio and weight traning for the next three months until i leave to go to Europe and i want to look hot! Can i see a huge physical change in my body within that time frame if i stick to this regimen and get fitter?? Looking to lose around 40-45 lbs.

Ok, to get down to 135 and feel great, you need to:

DRINK LOTS OF WATER, 30 ounces or more daily

And keep your foods to: proteins (lots of yogurt, sunflower seeds especially) and vegetables with 3 pieces of fruit daily (best at breakfast).

Avoid at all costs: salt, chemicals (especially something called, MSG and high fructose corn syrup), sugar and BREAD of all types, even whole wheat. (Calcium Propitionate is in all of it, it's crap and it will keep you fat.). Very little rice and NO PASTA, (for the same reasons as bread).

Eat your veggies as fresh as possible, (avoid cooking) with only yogurt for dip (if you really need to dip). You cannot process your weight to muscle without exercise and protein so make sure you are walking at least 20 minutes 3 or 4 times a day.

And running up and down the stairs (quietly) will also help: defying gravity is the best way to work your muscles. YOU Will LOOK FABULOUS, DARLIN!

While I do think strict diets are setting yourself up for a big fall, if you think you can do it, go for it. But do not starve yourself, as this is one of the quickest ways to fail at dieting.

Exercise is key. You need to put out physically what you take in carb wise. Enjoy your exercise whatever you do :D

Food = lots of fruit and vegetables, lean proteins (lean red meat, fish, chicken, turkey, beans, pulses (like lentils)), healthy carbs like potatoes, rice, wholemeal pasta and bread, noodles.
Drink water and no added sugar fruit juice rather than soft drinks, they're better for you.

Get a good nights sleep - insomnia can make you binge.

Have breakfast every morning, and eat at least 3 meals a day.

Enjoy yourself and very occasionally, have a treat. respect yourself. Love who you are and remember, Italian men like curvy women :D

I am 5' 2 1/2 , 170 pounds and I do not look like it. You will make a big difference in losing the weight. It will be hard once you get to 150 you will hit a stand still. Do not give up. I have problems once I get to that weight. I tend to go right back up in a few weeks. You will see and so will your friends see a differences once you are at a 150. One guy told me that my butt was smaller when I got to 150. I pray that you make to the weight and figure you want.



U can do it! I lost 17 lbs in one month on a strict diet. I was determined, an once I saw a difference in my skin complexion (started glowing as if I was pregnant) an my clothes were a bit loose, that was even more motivation to keep at the diet!

its not as bad as you think:) sure you are considered overweight, but if you relaly follow a good diet, youll be fine. remeber-- diet is 85% of weightloss!!

anyways, make sure to eat lots of fruits, lots of vegetables, lots of partly skimmed milk, chicken and whole wheat carbs!! dont over do the carbs!!! try to have 2-4 servings a day (meaning, 1 slice of bread, a cup of healthy low sugar cereal, and half a cup brown rice, throughout the day)

drink lots of water to keep you full-- dont ever over excecise. at this pace you should be burning about 1 and a half pounds a week, meaning 7-8 a month (about), so yes it will show i 3 months.

just letting you know: if you start losing lots and lots of weight, and it seems fast, it means its not ntural .it could also mean that your losing muscle instead of fat hich is bad. take care of your muscles,, your heart is one also:)
