Question about dieting?!

Question: Question about dieting?
Ok I have 2 questions!

1. What happens if you eat moderately unhealthy food. I'm not talking like full on junk food everday, but what if you eat like some processed foods, but the catch is you don't go over like 1000-1500 of eating that stuff a day? Will you still lose weight because you're eating the minimum you need to even survive?

2. Ok a more serious question, I really need ideas for things that are low fat and stuff. I always read the label but it seems if I see anything has saturated fat or trans fats I feel like not eating it so I literally only end up eating like 3 pieces of bread for the whole day. So what are some good ideas of foods that are low in calories and stuff. Also high in protein would be nice because I work out as well!

Answers:

1. yes you will lose weight because you are creating a calorie deficet.
2. foods that are high and protein and low in calories is: fish, skim milk, low-fat yogurt, and chicken (boiled! not fired/etc).

hello, I've been having this same situation for so long now that it seemed hopeless. I used to buy all types of products. Until I found this website by accident, I was a bit skeptical at first. I saw results after 1 week, but I was feeling good about myself. After dropping that initial weight, which was great for my confidence, I started to develop good habits, especial my diet. I couldn't be more happier. Here's the life changing website: http://fastloseweightcentral.tk

Buy fresh. Cook it. If it is in a packet you lose control of dietary input.
