How can I gain weight?!


Question: How can I gain weight?
How could i gain weight?
I'm 15, almost 16, and 6 feet tall.
I weigh about 120lbs

My day includes:

? Sleeping from about ~1am to 9am.

? From there, i walk about... 8 feet, and sit down in a chair, and I'm on the computer all day, getting up to walk 30 feet to the kitchen for some coffee, or maybe a sandwich, or some hot dogs.

? Some days I drink a ton of water, and some days, none at all.

? I also play guitar for a couple hours each day.

My question is... How could i gain weight, and be more healthy?
I've been freakishly thin almost all my life, and I want to change that.

Answers:

You mean muscle if that's so you need to eat more proteins, and go make some exercises.
First try to do some exercises that only use your body weight then when you can do at least 40 push ups go to the gym and use some weights.

You should ingest more calories also if your body fat is low, so you can have a extra energy supply while you are training.

Well I know it sounds dime but work out because when u do your muscle gains strength and u began to get bigger but the other faster way steroids that would get the job done but I'm 14 about to be 15 tomorrow I've been skinny all my life it's because we have a hi Mata slim But there u go (;



Milk. Drink lots of dairy products.
That is a healthier way to gain weight.
Also more protien, that helps too.



Eat more nutrition food and increase your food intake slightly.



eat more nutrition food and do daily some light exercise...and also drink milk daily....



Eat more fish. Chicken. duck !
