ohh why am i not loosing weight?!


Question: Ohh why am i not loosing weight?
ive been on a diet for 4 and a half weeks, 6 days of cardio a week, strength training a few times a week, and 1000 calorie diet. Iv noticed a slight change, and the scales changing, but i feel like it's been so long, i should see change by now? (F) wanna drop 10/15 pounds. i hear it takes a little bit because it's hard to lose the last 10/15 pounds, but i set a 10 week goal, i have about 5 weeks left in that goal. IDK im confused

Keep pushing! Chances are you've hit a slight plateau, so confuse your muscles by doing something you haven't done yet-- swimming, boot camp, tennis, whatever! You'll see, it won't take much to shock your body back into burning mode.



you should eat 1400 calories(if you're a woman)but if you're a man 1600 to lose weight .if you don't do that you won't lose body fat but muscle ...good luck!
