Im around 5"5 - 5"6

30- 26- 35
i what to lose an inch off both of my sides (obliques?) and tone it so i would end up 24-23 inchs
also is there anyway to lose an inch off my thighs? they are really really big like 20" :O
Does anyone know where i could start? like with my diet and stuff. I dont want mussle just lean :)

hey this may not be the answer your looking for but if you go to self.com they have a ton of workouts and meal plans to help you loose weight.i signed up to where i can log all my food and workouts so i know what i need to do. but they give u specific workouts to work out different parts of your body. hope this helps!! :)
