he meant burn fat as in "burn some calories" or "lose fat/pounds", not literally burn fat foods. You need to eat less fatty foods and eat healthy foods like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, bran cereal, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, chicken, eggs, milk, low-fat yogurt, etc. And eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. walk for 30 minutes as well.
I think the doctor meant burn some body fat, which can be accomplished by cardio exercise.

what are u talking about? he meant for u to be more active and burn calories..... exercise.... 4-5 days a week for 40 mins a session
