Anything sweet but healthy to eat?!

Question: Anything sweet but healthy to eat?
And please do not recommend fruits because I already know that one, but what else is sweet and healthy? Any ideas? I usually get intense sugar cravings at night and need to stay healthy, so any ideas? Recipes? Snacks?

Answers:

Sugar free jello, low fat pudding, Cinnamon rice cake with 1tbsp peanut butter and 1/2 banana, Apple with 1tbsp peanut butter, 1 Slice wheat bread with 1tbsp nutella, Weight watchers ice cream, Rice cake with 2tbsp light yogurt and 2sliced strawberries.

Well, try eating nuts instead of sugar, it will reduce the cravings in the long run. Almonds, cashews, pecans - all have carbohydrates so it would satisfy that need and not make your blood sugar spike. Sweets at night really isn't a good idea, it will keep you from sleeping as well as other issues.

I love trail mix and I found a great one that satisfies sweet and healthy. It's a trail mix with almonds, cranberries, raisins, macadamia nuts, and bits of dark chocolate. Even the dark chocolate is good for you as it has antioxidants.

-Jello 10cals per serving -Fat free pudding 60cals -100cal packs of cookies
-suckers/hard candy
-Gum
-Dark chocolate hershey bar 1/2 90cals
-dry sweet cerel like frosted flakes 110cals per cup.
Thats a few ideas for you. Good luck and keep trying!
