Question: Is it ok that I just had 2 bars of chocola..198 calories 2 every month(trying to lose weight,will it affect me?

If you are exercising then it won't be a problem. You are allowed to eat sweets once in a while.



You can a a Little everyday f your exercising and eating everything else right. I wouldn't suggest a whole bar everyday. If you get a Hershey bar break it into 4 sections and have 1 section everyday.
