Question: Is it true if you deprive yourself from having some junk food once in a while, then you'll go on a binge?

I think it's true for most people because the fat and sugar are addictive and when you've gone cold turkey, your body craves those things.



it depends on how much self-control you have. my friend loved pop and quit it all together and she said at first it was hard but now when she thinks about pop it grosses her out. ive tried to quit junk food but i like it too much to quit lol.



No not really, it depends... If you dont want to because u want to lose weight or something then its up to your wil power. I went of it because i knew it was crap and now i tastes repulsive !!!!x
