Question: How do i loose wieght an not binge eat! D:?

I used to be 12stone and lost a stone through cutting down my calorie intake. For the last 2 weeks I've been binge eating everysingle day, from mcdonalds to eating kebabs on my own. Its really freaking me out and I'm slighty nervous considering my I've lost 2lbs throghout this :// am I just going through stres?? What can I do to put myself back on the stable diet I used to be and what should I be eating in order to loose wieght?

Btw I'm 17 and hieght 5,6

If I were you, I would ask for help from your parents ( I don't know your parents of course, so I hope they're reasonable). I know this might sound stupid, but binging is a tough problem. It's hard to stop it on your own. Maybe you could ask them to be in charge of your money from now on (so you can't go to McDonalds on your own) and to only shop healthy foods. I know that you might feel embarrassed asking them for help, I used to binge and I was extremely ashamed of it (for no reason, of course, but sometimes you just can't help how you feel) and then I asked my parents for help and in the end it turned out to be a relief. Honey, you can't do everything on your own and especially not all at the same time. In the end, if your parents help you, you will hopefully start to be happier, less stressed, more confident, and then you will find the strength to stop binging yourself. Take care honey, it's tough! Even though I don't know you, I can still feel your pain and if I were religious I'd pray for you! I wish you all the happiness in the world sweetie you deserve it xxx



i used to do the same thing! i'd just decide to go off my diet and eat everything i wanted. on these binge days i would usually gain 5 pounds! ya, crazy right? but then i realized how unhealthy that was and i just started to eat healthy foods, not count calories/diet or anything, and that has made an amazing difference! good luck
