yes. It is not good to deprive yourself. All good diet plans include sweets. If you deprive yourself you'll end up binging. 100 calories would be fine. Even 200 would probably be okay. You could split it up and eat one after lunch and one after dinner. Eat it slowly and "taste" every bite.
