I have 16 days? Help!?!


Question: I have 16 days? Help!?
Hi, a sudden event has come up, and it is in about 3 weeks. I need to know the fastest way to lose weight, (reasonably sensible) as I need to look good for this.
I am determined, and I have access to a gym.
Could you please tell me the best things to do to lose as much weight as possible in this time (workouts/what to eat/no. of calories a day etc - i'm not too sure what).
PS!!!! please do not tell me to eat healthily and that this is dangerous, I am not going to go to extremes and I'm not stupid.

Eat healthy, drink lots of water, cut out the sodas (regular and diet), and try one of Jillian Michaels' workout DVDs. They're tough but they really make the inches come off. Good luck!

Eat more of apples,take juice(home made)
and drink loads of water
Buy a cycle and do a lots of cycling

If you want to lose weight the unhealthy way just dont eat and drink water... the healthy way is better but takes longer - eat low cal high protein food and do *** loads of cardio like running swimming biking and stuff.
