I am trying to lose weight for my wedding in 3 months, the best advice I can give you is to start early. The most amount of weight you can lose safely in 2 weeks is no more than 5 pounds. I've cut out soda, drink a protein shake in the morning, pack lunch (usually pb&j, bottled water, and a banana) go to work and stay on my feet as much as possible, go to the gym and run the fat burner on the treadmill 4 times a week, and I do Zumba (which is SOO FUN!) 1 evening a week. I also try to eat really lean things for dinner and cut the carbs out. I have a realistic goal of losing 30 pounds in 6 months and so far I feel like I am on track.

My goal

how much weight do u want to lose? the only realistic goal here is 5 pounds. even thats a bit much, but u can do it. the highest safe goal of weight loss per week is estimated to be 2 pounds. i'd recommend a diet of 1200 calories per day. any lower than that and your body will go into starvation mode (your body thinks its starving so it slows its metabolism, and makes it much harder to lose weight, you may even gain!)
exsersize and a 1200 calorie diet is my advice for you (go for toning excersies, sit ups and such, may not let u lose weight but you'll look like you have :) )
hope i helped, good luck!
(if worse comes to worse, buy some spanx or something for the extra stuff you couldn't get off in time)
BEST OF LUCK <3
