Question: I need to lose 20 pounds in 10 days or less.?
I weigh 265 and I need to weigh 250 by April 5th, because I want to go ziplining with my friends in Roatan. Please what should I do?

That would be a very, very hard thing to do. A pound a day would be POSSIBLE, but I don't know about 2 pounds a day. The most you could do would be drink absolutely nothing but water (6-8 glasses a day), eat lean protein (skinless boneless chicken or turkey breast, fish, egg whites, etc), fruits, veggies, a small amount of whole grains and low-fat dairy, and workout as much as you possibly can EVERY DAY... I mean running, lifting weights, using resistance bands, walking EVERYWHERE, taking the stairs... absolute hardcore workouts for like 6 hours a day. Even then, that's asking a lot of yourself. Should've started sooner, sorry : (



That is quite a bit of weight to lose in a short period of time. The Atkins diet, which is a low carb diet, takes weight off quickly, but I don't think it will take off 20 lbs in 10 days. it doesn't hurt to try, though. Basically you eat nothing but plain meat, cheese, nut and eggs. After about 2 days you aren't as hungry as before. Look it up on the web for more information. Alot of people think this diet is not good for you, but neither is being overweight. I am overweight too. good luck to you.



Almost Starve yourself, exercise, water diet, diet pills. It is almost next to impossible to loss that much weight in 10 days or less. But if your dedicated, I'm sure it will happend. Cardio when exercising. Dont know if putting yourself in that much trama in 10 days would be healthy but if you can make it happen do it! I believe it you!



That's quite a bit of weight to lose in a short time, but it may be possible. Start by exercising daily. Take a day or two off though, and make sure you're doing cardio to burn calories. As for your eating...cut out fast food, deep fried or breaded foods, and alot of refined carbs. Stick to grain breads, foods with fiber and protien and eat smaller portions. Eating smaller portions helped my fiance shed pounds. If you get hungry, then eat fruit or veggies.Try to avoid sweets too, of course. And lastly, lots of water. If you must drink something other than water...have a diet beverage. You don't want to drink calories.

There's no way you can lose twenty pounds in less than ten days unless you starved yourself or chopped off a leg.so just start eating healthy and exercises and the weight will come off..just not as fast as you want it to.



Cancel your trip.
It's not really possible to lose 20 pounds in 10 days. Well, it's possible. But it's unusual enough that I can almost guarantee you won't do it. I'd bet $1000 on it.

I think you missed a zero though. If you way 265, then you are going to want to lose about a 100 pounds rather than 10.
