Question: If i start dieting and exercising?
If I start dieting and exercising tomorrow how much weight could I get off me by april 16th? 10lbs?20lbs? Right now I eat about 3000 calories a day to maintain my weight 5'9-5'10 and 150lbs. I will start eating 1500 calories a day and will be either walking or running every day. I'm going to try to eat mostly healthy foods too. Thanks XX :))

Well it depends on your body. Most people will lose alot of weight really fast and then it slows down as they weeks go by. I assume you will probably lose 10 pounds by that deadline but after that it may take a month or longer to lose another 10 pounds. That is just the way our bodies are.



If you want to lose weight rapidly (I lost 14lb in a month) cut out the carbs, potatoes, bread etc. They have a very glycemic index, don't concentrate on the calories as much and look up the GI levels first.
