Question: PLEASE read! how long will it take for me to lose 15 pounds?!?
I. need. help! I am a 5'4 14 year old girl who is about 13O pounds. I am pretty muscular because i am veeerrryy atheltic, and I am currently in track & field. See, my problem is.. I am uncomfortable with the way my body looks. I have 'love handles' or 'back fat' and my stomache is kinda chubby. To be more specific, I'm "curvy". & I HATE IT. I'm a size 5 (in pants) and i would like to go down to ATLEAST a size 2. I just need some help of what I should eat to lose weight with the exercise of running ( with track ) I'd also like to know how long it would take me to lose about 15 pounds. ( my goal weight is 11O-115) Or how long it would take to go from a size 5 to a size 2 in pant size.
PLEASE HELP! any advice is appreciated...

Answers:

Cut out all sugary drinks - soda, frappachinos, energy drinks, etc.

Cut down on sugar and fat in general - but don't stop eating entirely!

Talk to your coach about exercises to target areas you're concerned with. For instance, more leg exercises to help tone your leg muscles.

Finally, realize that not all boys like the skinny-bag-of-bones look on girls... Learn to think of yourself as attractive no matter what. You'll be a lot happier.



Cut off an arm, or start running regularly and stop eating completely. Nothing but water and protein bars cut in half. That is one protein (Cliff, PowerBar) bar a day, one half in the morning, the other at dinner time. Other than that, just water or Crystal Light.
