Question: How do i gain weight?
okay so im not counting my calories so i dont discourage myself but i eat a small breakfast, a big lunch and big dinner and snacks in between. Except at school because i dont eat at school.
I started liffting dumbbells 50 lifts x 3 , 3 times a day
calves lifts 15 x 3, 3 times a day
squats 15 x 3, 3 times a day
dumbell lifts with my forearms 15 x 3, 3 times a day.
i wanan workout 7 days a week.
Do you think this will help me put on weight? also what about creatine ? im a girl

You don't need to workout seven days a week. I assume from your workout that you are trying to build muscle and tone up. I don't think you want to gain fat. Just lift weights and eat when you are hungry. You want to gain weight slowly so it isn't fat. You didn't really say what your goal is.
wel you might be like me and never put weight on
ten plates of food at a buffet and still 9st!! i eat seriously tons and my weight never changes
