Question: Do i work out befor i drink ice water or after?
hey ive been reading up on losing weight with ice water and i assume ice water alone wont really help? so i already did my exercises and im already tired lol do i drink the water now? or should i have done it before?

also i have a dress i really want to wear to a friends party but i seemed to have gained allot of weight on my vacation the mexican food called to me lol i need to approximately lose 10 pounds in two days is that even possible? and with what exercises? i have a hard time doing any type of excercises on my back because of a car accident injury so i feel kind of helpless..... can anyone help?

You drink water, before, after, and during. I typically drink 128 ounces of water before 3PM. It is insanely important to be hydrated. If you want to lose 10 pounds in two days sweat out 10 pounds of water weight it is easy. Go into a sauna or something, with a garbage bag or one of the sweat suits from *****(like $20-$30) If you want to lose fat, I suggest walking since your back is injured. Walk for a certain amount of time, or if you can jog do that. Jog(or walk) at a comfortable pace, if you can talk while you're doing it you're going at a good speed.
