Recommended meal times?!


Question: Recommended meal times?
I have just started lite n easy to lose weight and i got my breakfest morning snack lunch afternoon snack and dinne i wakeup at 10am just wondeing what times to eat? that would be best for weight lose.

Answers:

Eat breakfast right when you wake up!

Breakfast- 10:15(giving you time to brush teeth and/or prepare food)
snack-12
Lunch-2:30
afternoon snack- 4:30
dinner: 7:30 (having a later dinner will keep you fuller longer so you dont urch yourself to have another snack!)

Eating every 2-4 hours is what your body needs!

seeing as you wake up at 10 (LUCKY) i would eat as soon as you wake up.... and um don't have the morning snack.. incorporate it into breakfast or don't have it at all because lunch should be at like 1 or 1:30. afternoon snack at around 3:30, and then dinner at around 7:00

try to get 6 small meals each day. eat every 3 hours.
