Question: I am trying to loose weight and i just had a subway sandwhich?
only half of it becuase my mom made me eat because someone gave it to me and didnt want me to be rude it was a chicken teriyaki i know eating at night is bad i ate it around 9:40 i am already a big person trying to loose weight will this have a impact on me i did exercise today like for 45 min yesturday i did for an hour i switch off like that all i had today cuz i woke up late was a glass of orange juice a whole wheat bread sandwich with smoked turkey him and cheese no mayo nothing untill the subway had some tho and some green beans and lettuces and slices of tomatoes

It probably won't affect you because subway is pretty healthy. The next day though if you weigh yourself you may gain weight or feel heavier due to the high amount of sodium in subway subs that could cause you to get a bit bloated. Don't worry about it, I'm sure it's fine.



well not really unless youh eat this late on a daily bases it may have a little impact but look at breakfast time eat as much as youh want since its the energy youh will be using the whole day , at lunch a sandwich like whole wheat youh said is fine and dont eat dinner after 6pm ever. if u get hungry at night it might be lack of water so drink a glass or eat a fruit something low yet natural and not artificial. hope this helps =]



Believe it or not, subway sandwiches are very low in calories. Most of them anyway. I don't think it will affect you much.
