Question: I need to lose 20 pounds ASAP! plz answerrr:)?
Okay so im a Female.. i am 15 years old. 5'3 and 137 pounds.. over the summer i got weighed and i was 146... so i obviously lost 9 pounds.... i really want to lose 20 more pounds.. and i will feel like i am at a normal weight.. around 117... so i want to lose thease pounds as fast as possible.. i want to lose it all in around a month at the longest.. 2 weeks would be great.. please help me lose the weight.. its really important to me.. i lost the 9 pounds probably just from p.e and such.. but i have spring breake ina month and i need a bikini body ! thanks for the help! 10 pts to everyone who answers!

Answers:

1. 20 pounds in two weeks will not work i'm sorry but it won't.
2. 117 is really low, i'm 151 and 5'8 and i get buttloads of numbers.......not to sound cocky >.<
3. maybe 12 pounds at the most in 2 weeks?

try my new diet that i've been working on, i have 1 cup of cheerios or some other 100 calorie cereal in the morning...THIS IS IMPORTANT.....not having breakfast will put your body into starvation mode and you won't lose ANY weight, you can actually gain some. then i will drink as much water as comfortable, try to drink a lot but not that you feel nauseous. i do some chores, burn small calories, and when i'm hungry next i eat a piece of bread (no butter or toppings) a fruit is always nice like an apple or orange. then drink a little more water. i run about a mile, try to do this at a continuous pace throughout, that will burn more calories. then i do some other excercises such as stepping exercises (look it up), hula hooping (this really toned my waist to get rid of the dreaded muffin top), and some muscle working exercises......these are important too so as the more muscle you have the mort calories you burn resting. the muscle is a little gross at first but after i kept excersising t evened out. drink more water, tea also helps as well because it has caffiene and will push out a lot of toxins. don't add sugar or milk though...it kinda defeats the point.....AND DON'T EAT AFTER 8! anything you eat during or near bedtime is less likely to be burned off because your body is slowing down.

so far i've lost 4 pounds and cheated horribly twice :P i started this on tuesday.



Honestly, since youre not really too overwieght or anything, i dont think you can lose 20 lbs in month. but you could lose 8-10. Just exercise when you can and try to watch what you eat. Maybe stick to a certain number of calories a day for junk food and balance the rest of your diet in a healthy way. If you have a treadmill, walking and reading is a great option to help you stay moving or dedicate at least an hour to exercising everyday.
Trust me, ive tried to lose weight quickly and it rarely ever works, and if it does, it comes back soon enough.
