Any tips on making your butt bigger?!


Question: Any tips on making your butt bigger?
Alright, I'm around 5,6 and 115 pounds, and I already have a very shapely bottom, but I'd like to make it bigger and more round so it sticks out more. I started doing all the necessary exercises, but I was afraid that they would burn off the bit of fat that gives me the nice shape down there...so I've quit doing so. I've heard there were some foods that, depending on how much you eat and when you eat them, that could help to add shape to your butt. Although, I know it's about impossible to distribute added weight to a certain part of your body...I was wondering if I ate those foods, and only worked out my top half if it would work. Please guys any ideas or instructions are appreciated! Thanks in advance ;)

unless you gain weight down their naturally...that method wont be that effective

is to strength train...tone/bulk up...build your gluets...through weight lifting and food

and no lifting/strengths training will not cause use to loose fat..when trying to add muscle becuase in order to gain muscle you must eat an excess amount of calories...every 2 to 3 hours
a lot of people when trying to gain muscle also gain weight in another form..fat

When sitting, or standing really, flex your but muscles to like, hold up all of your weight. It tones them and makes them bigger.



well, you can get plastic surgery or you can get one of those "push up" undies for your butt.
