I tried Sweet Potatoes and they seemed to work. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

I know that carrots or carrot juice is the best source of vitamin A, which is the vitamin which is apparently the most important for healthy skin and cellular health. Furthermore Its also a strong anti oxidant. Drinking plenty of water is also very important for healthy skin.
