I am 15 as well and i started my training/workout 2 months ago and my packs are coming in
what i would honestly recommend is doing intervals 4 times a week (every other day so mon. then wend. fri. etc) to build muscle you need to do cardio and jogging speed walking and running are the best in my opinion but overall i recommend intervals. intervals are a bit of jogging and walking what you do is set a goal for a mile a little less if you cant do mile and jog briskly for a minute then walk for a minute then jogfor a minute then walk untill you've reached home again. if you dont know how much a mile is look at google maps it will help. also you want to work out three times a week and when you start developing reduce it to two after maybe 3 months and thats it. your muscles need time to recover when your muscles are recovering thats when they gain power not while your working out. the cells in the muscles die then come back in bigger numbers so working out everyday or 4 times a week will weaken your muscles. and finally you want to maintain a healthy diet. a diet doesent mean starving your self or to lose weight its to be fit. you NEED protein in your diet because protein will help you build muscle much easier also you need about 250 grams of carbohydrate to help with the muscles and mostly the energy/brain power. you want under 2500 mg of sodium and fiber incase you are wondering around 25 grams of it. makesure you drink water 40 minutes BEFORE your cardio otherwise IT WILL cause cramps. make sure you drink lots of water after your cardio and workout as well. you want minimum 8 glasses of water a day. for your triceps and biceps you want to do push ups every other day to work your triceps and bicep curls every other day because like i said before muscles need time to grow they're smaller than you might think. Check this website out 100pushups.com just google it its a great pushup routine so you can work your triceps. and FINALLY you want to stretch before you workout and do cardio and after. stretching will help prevent injuries and make you more flexible so you can work easier. it also permanetley makes you more flexible if you do them a couple times everyday. try to stretch out as many joints as you can! Now i know this whole thing was huge and felt never ending but this is my workout plan as well and many other people do this kind of plan as well i am gaining a bunch of muscle and i realized i had bigger arms and my sixpack was coming in in a month and thats pretty good so i recommend you try this out i KNOW this was alot of reading Good Luck!

The easiest and best thing to do to get great abs is laugh a lot. Ever notice how when you laugh a ton your stomach aches? It's because you've actually made your ab muscles sore. So do stuff that makes you laugh all the time!
My favorite way to exercise is belly dancing. No matter what you do, you have to remember to stretch before working out. Belly dancing classes, though, are great because they work with the way your body (particularly your hips) already move. You can probably find some in your area that aren't all that expensive, or even some how-to videos online.
Second favorite: Dance Dance Revolution. It's a little geeky, but I'm on medium/expert now and on that level, you can work up a sweat fast.
Women tend to need to eat 1500-2000 calories a day. Since you're still growing, I would lean towards 2000. As far as food goes, I posted a link below. If you scroll down on the website linked, you'll find a more realistic interpretation of the food guide pyramid.
Drink water as often as you remember to. Drink at least 1 bottle before and after your workout, so you start off end cool down hydrated. It's really important to keep things balanced that way.
