Question: How do i lose weight when im only twelve?
so ive tried to lose weight before, i kept it up for about 3 days.. im addicted to fast food and calorie-filled snacks. i have large thighs, stomach fat, arm fat, and to top it all off: chubby cheeks:( i weigh about 138 pounds and i would like to weigh about 100 pounds. im not very good at exercising, so is there any way that i could lose weight easily while maintaining a healthy diet? please,the simpler the better;) THANK YOU!!!

you're at a really good weight for your height, and you're not done growing. do not starve yourself, or work out endlessly. 100 pounds IS NOT healthy for your height. if you'd like to gain muscle, cut out the junk food, completely. ask your parents to not buy anymore. take a walk up to 2 miles a day, or around the block two or three times.

Well I don't know much about diets but whatever you do DO NOT starve yourself, that makes things worse. Your depriving your body of it's essential nutrients. It's way better to eat a lot of healthy foods than not to eat at all.



just start to exercise more and just try to slowly cut down on the bad foods and only drink water. and try not to have snacks also, theyre just extra calories that you dont need.
