How much weight loss is normal in a 6 month period?!

Question: How much weight loss is normal in a 6 month period?
I have lost 20 lbs in 6 months....the only "2" things I am doing differently is 1-2 hour dog hikes in the woods at least twice a week with my 9 month old dog & yoga classes twice a week....I did need to lose the weight BUT was not trying to....would the 2 activities mentioned cause me to lose 20 lbs in 6 months.....I don't feel sick....I work a full time & 2 small part time jobs I don't eat large meals and have actually been eating fast food more so than I ever have to try to pick a little weight up but I seem to continue to lose....is the weight loss normal with the activities mentioned?

Answers:

Your supposed to lose about 1kg a week if your doing a good job. So during a 6 month period I would say 30kg is a good loss.

Then again, it depends on how fat you are and how much you can lose.

hi there, I have been having an overweight problem for so long now that it seemed hopeless at the time to try to lose all this weight. I followed all kind of diet plan but nothing works. Till I stumpled upon these tips, I was a bit skeptical at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. I saw some results after 2 weeks, but I was feeling good. After going through that initial stage, which was so uplifting, I worked on eating right to continue to keep the weight off. I can't remember that last time I was this light. This is where I found the information: http://www.quickloseweightworld.tk
