Oranges, apples, grapefruit, grapes, any fruit is great for a breakfeast meal. Try eating Oatmeal, donuts, pancakes. Usually when I wake up in the moring I do not feel like eating eggs, bacon, sausage, so I go for the sweet ones that don't take much stress to make.
Make your selections short and simple, and what YOU want. Providing you with healthy selections is only part I can do, the action you must take is actually trying this.
BTW: Since you said healthy, tend to lean on the "WHEAT" bread. :P
Well, if u skip all meals for a day or two, I promise--u will be VERY hungry for that morning cereal!! :)
Seriously tho, it's been shown that having a hearty bfast helps maintain good metabolism. I prefer things like eggs & potatoes or dosa, or upma (Indian food) for bfast, and often eat light dinner (cuz I'm not that hungry by eve)... Also, I try to drink fresh-squeezed juice (fruit or veggie) as often as possible throughout the day--it has tons of nutrients in raw unaltered form...
my advice start drinking water. drink at least one glass of water when u wake up. increase slowly to 4. don't eat any thing for at least 45 mnts. u will see progress after some days and u will feel hungry. Breakfast is very essential for the health

Don't eat in the mornings if you hate it so much.
I eat vegan cookies sometimes, because most foods just make me sick.
