Question: Am I going to lose weight? When will I see results?
Like eating around 1200 - 1500 calories a day, working out for 30 minutes a day. And I've been eating really healthy like oatmeal, fruits, veggies, fish, nuts, etc. I'm just wondering how long it would take to see results.
