i have exactly one month till spring break nd i wanna have abs i recently lost 6!


Question: I have exactly one month till spring break nd i wanna have abs i recently lost 65 pounds im at 145 wat can ido?
i cant go to gym... so what things can i use to help me??? ND WAT things should i eat??

Answers:

Before you can start getting abs you have to eat healthy and lose all of the fat in your abdominal area. To do so you must do a lot of cardiovascular exercise (something that will make your heart pump.) Eat small meals that are healthy maybe like 6 times a day. You also definitely have to start running this whole month. Run about a mile which will take 12 minutes at the most. If you want abs you will also have to do about 80 crunches a day and to do so while you are running. Also while your progressing, intensify your workout. If you want to run with a 5 pound weight or like a small bottle of milk while your running that will really help.

do 3 sets of crunches, push ups, and jumping jacks everyday for at least for 5 Min's at a beg paste then when you start getting used to it 10 Min's then when you can do them for 10 Min's Straight go for 20 Min's
-extra eat lots of meat and protein food and fruits and veggies

-extra2 do some laps around anywhere to help you out a little bit

-extra3 buy some weights and work out with those



Hey I'm at the exact same problems we need to help each other out I weigh what you weigh So far people say to eat lots of proteins and do 100 crunches But exactly how many calories and protiens i'm not sure Email me though bro
