How to feel less tired during the day?!


Question: How to feel less tired during the day?
I'm in college (thought I'd throw that bit of info in there) and just everyday I always feel so tired and bored. Sometimes I get pretty hyper/energetic but it's usually only at night when I don't need it. So what are some things I can do to change all of this? I don't drink coffee and never really exercise much, which I know you'll all answer with that but generally I just lack the motivation too. So thanks for the help!

There are many things you can do to have more energy during the day. First of all, set up a sleep schedule. Go to bed 8 hours earlier than you have to wake up. Do the same things right before you go to bed, so your body knows that you're going to sleep soon. Getting a good night's rest will definitely help. Taking a ten minute nap every day can help as well.

Drink a lot of water. You should get at least 64 fluid ounces of water on a daily basis. Just to give you an idea, one water bottle has about 16.9 fluid ounces. Try to drink four water bottles everyday. If you want to mix it up, so you're not drinking water every day, drink tea with honey--not lemon. Honey won't dry your throat out like lemon.

Eating food with protein in it will give you energy. Things like: peanuts, beans, and etc. have protein in it. Getting a well balanced diet is a key to have an ample amount of energy.

You need to get moderate exercise everyday for at least an hour. Moderate means that can't sing while exercising. You should exercise with a friend or family member. They will support you and help you accomplish things you thought were never possible. Start out with walking, lifting weights, lunges, jumping jacks, sit ups, and things like that.

Avoid things with sugar in it because it will make you crash. It's just a vicious cycle. If you want to have natural sugar, then eat fruits. Stay away from things like 5 hour energy. It's bad for your health and it's a rip off. My friend fainted because of it.

im sorry, but eat healthy and eat enough, exercise well, sleep well. If u stay up energetic all night, ofcourse u'll be tired by day.Sleep 7-8 hours a day. No need for coffee n tea.
Since u r in college, hang out with friends, have fun tht will keep u energetic. do things tht really interest u. If ur problem is listenint to lectures, try to increase ur concentration level ( still there is no remedy 4 feeling bored during them :) ). Dont u like sports and stuff? Yeah, and party witth friends too :) have fun, that is what youth is for!



Go to bed and get restful sleep at 9PM and then awake when the sun rises at 7AM. This is the best method _possible_ at efficient energy rejuvenation. No drink or substance be it artificial or natural can ever replace restful sleep.

Usually when i'm starting to feel tired i will breathe in and out for 8 seconds and drink water. Usually this is a sign of lack of oxygen and dehydration. Try i out and see what happens
