Do I need to lose weight?!


Question: Do I need to lose weight?
I'm 15, I weigh 140 and I'm 5'4"....do I need to lose weight? I do wish in your judgment to take note that I'm...um....larger chested then most people--I'm a 32-34DD so I'm not a fat slob or anything, I'm just wanting to know if I need to lose weight. Nobody calls me fat or anything I but think it could be helpful to lose weight if needed.

Actually, you're in the healthy weight range according to your BMI, but if you are not happy with your own body, then lose weight if you want.

IF you choose to lose weight, you should exercise, it helps keep the weight off and makes you fit. It also makes you feel healthier.

You seem fine but if you want to loose weight anywhere 10-15lb. would be O.K.
